(red dress/ red pumps / red lipstick)

This one's for the Sunshine Girls. (Or, even more for the Sunshine Girls than the rest of my posts are.) I come to it late, and it's out of order, but here she is answering y'all's question about what Dad does for a living. Senior adviser, clear as mud! You ladies at S&S were right that he's in a position to retire, but it's not clear whether he wants to just yet.
I notice that "he" isn't even named here. Everyone is expected to know MANAGEING PARTNER, so it isn't worth Ellen's effort even to type it out.
I admit to a nagging hunch that this particular post isn't "real." I know that I've long abandoned even this concept, let alone this detective work. But if I give myself any credit at all for having developed a special Ellen sense I have to acknowledge these paragraphs are making it twitch as it hasn't in a long time. I'm playing along per usual, but something doesn't feel right.

Ellen :
Here’s a question I can ANSWER! Yay! I can help the hive! I you want a raise ASK!!!!
You cant be bashful my DAD says. My dad who still works as a senior adviser, tho he DOES NOT have to always told his bosses how much he wanted. Because he was smart and valued, they ALWAYS gave it to him!
So I get raises when I dress right (red dress/ red pumps / red lipstick) and even tho he ooogles and asks me to walk like a model for him I get a raise and an increase in my clotheing allowance! Yay!
So do what I do and you will be like me!! Yay!!!
